Joining the British Council Library has now been made easier for you. All you need to do is complete the registration form below and pay the membership fee online through our secure platform.

Please note:

New members are required to visit their respective library within 10 days of making the online payment to collect their new membership card. Please carry a valid residence proof (eg: Election ID, School/College ID, Driving License, Passport) and a confirmation of payment which will be generated once the payment has been made. The new membership card will be issued at the library after validating the above mentioned documents.The membership will be valid from the date of online payment so please collect your card as soon as possible.
