British Council India in collaboration with the Central School of Speech and Drama, UK, cordially invites you to an exclusive business workshop to polish your managerial and training skills. Accredited by the University of London and the UK Government Department for Education and Employment (DEE), the Central School of Speech and Drama has a long history of providing high quality education and training to broad based clients including corporate leaders, professional practitioners, middle managers and business executives. This high energy workshop is designed to help broaden and develop your communication skills in the face-to-face professional setting with emphasis on vocal presentations, group meetings and one-to-one interactions.

Performance in Presentation
Date: 24 May
Time: 10.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
This workshop explores the fundamental elements of presentation and gives you the tool kit to access a powerful persuasive voice, physical presence and confident body language.

Telephone Skills for Impact, Influence and Building Relationships
Date: 25 May
Time: 10.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Here you will be introduced to powerful techniques that you can apply within your choice of language to create interest, develop relationships and get appointments over the phone.

About the Trainer

Anne, as a voice tutor, has several years’ experience in accredited British drama schools. Additionally, she has a has in her kitty, good number of years as a lecturer in speech and dialect at the Drama Centre London, University of the Arts.
