The British Council India announces series of workshops exclusively for your young ones to help them evolve and express effectively.
Workshop Schedule
1. Five Senses by Bhavna Saxena
Date:12 March, 11.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.
Age Group between: 3 and 5 years
This workshop aims at exploring the five senses of touch, sight, smell, taste and sound. It helps them develop the scientific temperament in their later life. The age appropriate activities performed during the workshop will provide a stimulating environment that encourages the cognitive growth and development of kids. Join the workshop to sharpen your senses.
2. Dance Therapy by Meenakshi Malik
Date: 12 March, 2.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.
Age Group between: 7 and 10 years
The workshop aims to sensitise our children to the therapeutic value of dance. It is aimed at eliminating the fear of speech. The dance movements instil confidence and make the students move gracefully. Join this workshop to learn the art of effortless movement.
3. Creating Nature by Asha Gulati
Date: 26 March, 11.00 a.m. -1.00 p.m.
Age Group between: 8 and 10 years
This workshop aims to foster creative flare in the children and encourage them to emulate nature. Children love all that they see, and nature inspires them to create beautiful objects which can find a place in their rooms. This workshop in particular will teach them to make their own 3D style of birds and other objects from nature. Join us and give expression to your creativity.

Please note that the registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and starts on 21 February, for the above listed workshops. All workshops are open to young members of the British Council Library having family memberships. Registration fees for workshops are non-refundable or transferable.
